Shipping policy

For any product purchased on BGC Jewelers you may expect delivery of your purchased product within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping Insurance can be purchased separately. Please contact us for rates.

All shipments will require a signature upon delivery. Shipments are handled by FedEx or UPS.

In the event that a product is lost or damaged by our shipping carrier during shipment, our insurance providers will take care of this manner but will require additional time to assess a proper investigation. If this were to occur, you may be entitled to a full refund pending the decision of our insurance provider. 

At this time, BGC Jewelers does not accept international purchases. BGC Jewelers will only accept purchases and ship orders within the United States.

Please also be advised that BGC Jewelers will only ship your purchased product to your billing address. BGC Jewelers does not accept products that are purchased using a billing and mailing address that do not match.
